Sunday 11th November 2018 will mark the day 100 years ago when the guns fell silent at the end of the First World War and Cringleford Parish Council, in conjunction with The Willow Centre and Cringleford Hub, would like to invite you to a free community event to remember this and to commemorate those brave men and women who gave their lives for our freedom..
The Willow Centre will be open to everyone from 5pm where there will be activities for all ages including:!

Itinerary:
5pm The Willow Centre opens, along with the The Old Catton Kitchen, bar, exhibition, documentaries and craft area.
6pm Pavilion Big Band Norwich concert part 1
6.50pm Chairman of the Council gives a speech on The Willow Centre field
6.55pm Last post played on The Willow Centre Field
7pm The commemorative beacon will be lit, along with beacons across the whole country
7.15pm Big band concert part 2
8pm – Event finishes
We would encourage everyone of all ages to pop in during the evening to have a drink, listen to the band and take a moment to remember.
