UPDATE 24 MARCH – ALL PLAYGROUNDS ARE NOW CLOSED IN LINE WITH GOVERNMENT ADVICE.
Playgrounds within Cringleford are owned by the Parish Council. Although we do not plan on closing them during this time, could parents / users of the equipment please be aware of the following:
1. The equipment is not regularly cleaned. Therefore it is advised that users take precautions such as using hand sanitiser upon arrival and when leaving;
2. Usually parish council staff do a visual check of the equipment on a weekly basis (on top of the formal annual inspection). At this unusual time we are unable to guarantee that there will be staff available to do this each week. All equipment is in good, safe condition currently. However If you feel that something does not look safe / appears vandalised, especially over the next two months, please do not use it and contact the office as soon as possible on 01603 250198.
