Part one of the accessible activity trail in The Willow Centre woods is now open! Wooden activity equipment has been installed to make a trail through the woods. Let us know what you think of this exciting addition to Cringleford’s active play equipment.
There is more work still to be done! Later on in the summer, trod paths to the woods, and two pieces of fully accessible equipment will be placed just outside the woodland entrance. We also plan on improving the path through the woods themselves with bark chips to make it more user friendly.
This project has been kindly part funded by a grant from National Highways, with the rest coming from S106 funds held by the Council, which have to be spent on open spaces on Roundhouse Park.
